Hi Jon,
Changing from plain text to HTMl should be really simple because we use
template to generate email.
All the email´s templates are there:
/usr/local/pf/conf/templates/
Also check you conf/pf-release and update it if needed.

Just another query separate from my last post.
The product looks great in relation to the web front end and portals
but surprised that email is all based on plain text. Given this is one
of the main interactions with end users is there much scope to change
this so that it is based on HTML or rich text format?
Also, I have upgraded to 4.5.1 using yum. All installed fine and no Db
scripts to apply but noticed the 'i' information icon at the top right
of the web gui is still showing 4.5.0. Is this just cosmetic or have I
missed something ?
