Hi Sabrina,
I have the same problem, I posted a similar case on the list. I am doing
sponsor registration but we permit two devices to our users so an email is sent
with the credentials to register the second device if needed. The email is
correctly sent but the password is never shown in it. I don't know how to
troubleshoot the issue at the moment.

Hello Sabrina,
by default when you do sponsor registration there is no need for
the end user to have a password.
So don´t you receive a email with the password if you selected
create a local account in sponsor authentication source ?
