1.  Yes.  We run different registration/isolation vlans/subnets per
building plus a separate one for wireless.
2.  I think I have 13 registration and 13 isolation vlans right now.  On
top of the 80ish access vlans.  Im sure there is a limit based on
resources, but i don't see it being very small...
