Should I create it?
Go ahead and create it. It is only useful for backup and maintenance purposes
but still, it is better if you have it ;)

I was trying to upgrade PacketFence from 4.1 to 4.6, following the
UPGRADE.asciidoc documentation.
In the section “Upgrading from a version prior to 4.4.0", there is no sql patch
indicated, but I find the matching file (upgrade-4.3.0-4.4.0.sql) in the db
directory.
When I try to apply it, I get this error:
> ERROR 1060 (42S21) at line 5: Duplicate column name ‘switch_ip’
So the second “CREATE TABLE” is not executed, but the mentioned table
(iplgo_history) is not present nor in the DB nor in following “.sql” files.
Should I create it?
Is the above error harmless?
