No, it was not!
I added it, and things worked much better after I did a bin/pfcmd service
pf restart
Is there a better command to have pf re-read the allowed_device_oui.txt
file?
Does anyone have a more complete allowed_device_oui.txt file they can
share? Looking to include all gaming devices, streaming devices, smart
tvs, etc...
