I just put a cloned VM copy of my test PF 4.6.1 box online in our production environment today, having imported our users and nodes from PF 3.6.1 as CSV data (not a database upgrade). For some reason, httpd.webservices keeps failing every half hour or so. The only log entry of interest is this from logs/httpd.webservices.error:
