Thanks, I tried what you suggested. But that didn't help. So I stopped
packetfence altogether and started it again.
I am getting the following errors in packetfence.log, as mentioned in one of my
previous emails. Could that be the cause of the issue?

The most likely cause for that is a leftover httpd.admin process from before
you made a change.
Try killing all such processes, doing a # /usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd configreload
hard
and restarting the admin.
