As a complimentary information, you may no longer be able to access the
Fingerbank GUI that let you update the database.
The easiest way to get you back on track will probably be by copying over the
latest database backup file (the date is appended to filename) over the
existing fingerbank_Upstream.db file.
cp /usr/local/fingerbank/db/fingerbank_Upstream.db_LATESTTIMESTAMP
/usr/local/fingerbank/db/fingerbank_Upstream.db
