Hi Louis

I have just tried the upgrade again and had the same error.

The steps I did are as follows:

   - Shutdown server
   - Take a snapshot backup
   - Started server
   - Ran yum update to get the latest security updates etc,
   - Reboot server (as a precaution)
   - Followed the
   https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/blob/stable/UPGRADE.asciidoc
      - yum update packetfence --enablerepo=packetfence
      - Changed MySQL Pass in conf/pfconfig.conf
      - made violation changes
      - made iptables changes
      - updated database schema
   - Rebooted Server (as a precaution)

After the above steps I still have the same problem when I restart the
PacketFence Service.

Below is the output from "ls -l /usr/local/pf/logs/"
