Subject: [PacketFence-users] Please explain interface types (configurator)


We’re setting up something fairly basic:

Interface listens to dhcp helper requests.  Wireless guests will be pushed to 
captive portal.

All will be happening on one interface.

In the configurator I have eth0 – IP net mask assigned.  No matter what Type I 
change it to I always get an error:

Error! You must assign an interface to the following types: Isolation, 
Registration

Can’t get past this screen.  Any help would be greatly appreciated…

After I skip this and manually setup the networks, all my guests always get the:
