I haven’t seen anything online that I would recommend.
Most of what I have seen is outdated or incorrect.

IMHO tutorials are a crutch that can do more harm than good.
I understand the value of an example but unless they are well written by people 
who know what they are doing, they will fail to explain their (unknown) 
assumptions and you will in the end waste more time trying to get things to 
work.

Read the official documentation and use the community is my recommendation.
Take the time to understand things such as 802.1x and how your network 
equipment should be configured.
It will pay off in the mid-long term.
