Hi Boris,
Whitelisted people (such as you) will probably be able to send email.
Anyone else will have theirs held for moderation.
We tend to whitelist people after a few posts when they have shown themselves
to be members in good standing, as opposed to spammers.
We see a lot of those too unfortunately, which is why the list must be
moderated.
There is also a size limit to unmoderated posts, from anyone including yours
truly.
So it is a good idea to truncate your replies to just the last message in a
thread you are replying to.
