When I open a browser, and attempt to go to a webpage, I do get redirected to the captive portal. The user just never gete the help bubble stating more info or sign in is needed.
On Android and iOS devices I get a "No Internet" message isntead of notifcation to sign in. If I then open a browser and attempt to load a page I get the captive portal. Disabling iptables on the server allows devices full access to the internet while in registration vlan.
