i did the test today on ubuntu 12.04 and i am not able to replicate the
issue.
Can you do step by step like:
apt-get install libapache-ssllookup-perl
apt-get install liburi-escape-xs-perl
...
until you are not able to install the package

is included in some of the latest 12.0.4 releases
You will need to fix the software repository before it can download
the dependencies for installing packetfence.
apt-get update should show the same error you are getting if this is
the case.

I am continuing to have issues with the installation of PacketFence on
my Ubuntu 12 server. Here is the version info for my Ubuntu:

I have followed the instructions (correctly I believe) from this link:

However, when I try to install PacketFence I get an long serious of
