I use Packetfence version 5.3.1, and i tried to change language of
captive-portal page to Vietnamese (vi_VN).I followed the instruction:
1. create a new language subdirectory in /usr/local/pf/conf/locale2. change
into your newly created directory3. create a new subdirectory LC_MESSAGES4.
change into your newly created directory5. copy the file
/usr/local/pf/conf/locale/en/LC_MESSAGES/packetfence.po into yourdirectory6.
translate the message strings in packetfence.po7. create the MO file by
executing: /usr/bin/msgfmt packetfence.po
I changed configuration of portal profile (file profiles.conf)
locale=vi_VN
And i restarted service httpd.portal.
But nothing has changed (New language doesn't take effect)
Any help will be appreciated.
