What PF version?
On which distro and release?
Please show us your conf/pf.conf, conf/authentication.conf and
conf/profiles.conf (without passwords obviously).
When you say this happens after the user submitted the form, do you mean it
happens right after the guest tries to register, or when the sponsor tries to
authenticate?
