Hello Esteban, You need to allow the captive portal to listen on your management interface, if your sponsor is trying to access PacketFence via the management interface. To do so you can go trough Configuration->Interfaces, click the management interface and type "portal" in add additional listening daemons. Save your configuration and try again.
