Hi Rajivranjan,

this, works for me:

Install Ubuntu

* Install Ubuntu 12.0.4 LTS by default, with SSH Server package

*         Update + upgrade (>sudo apt-get update ; >sudo apt-get upgrade)

* If something fails by checksum error:

>sudo rm -R /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/*

>sudo rm -R /var/lib/apt/lists/*

>sudo apt-get update

* Modify "interfaces" file for your needs with your management IP
(>sudo vi /etc/network/interfaces) and your DNS server

Install Packetfence:

In order to use the repository, create a file named
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/packetfence.list with the following content:

>deb http://inverse.ca/downloads/PacketFence/ubuntu precise precise

Once the repository is defined, you can install PacketFence with all its
dependencies, and the required external services (Database server, DHCP
server, RADIUS server) using:

>sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-key 0x810273C4

>sudo apt-get update

>sudo apt-get install packetfence

>sudo vi /etc/sysctl.conf and search for the following lines:

# Uncomment the next line to enable packet forwarding for IPv4

#net.ipv4.ip_forward=1

Uncomment "net.ipv4.ip_forward=1"

# Uncomment the next line to enable packet forwarding for IPv4

net.ipv4.ip_forward=1

Restart and go to https://IP_packetfence:1443/configurator
