Hi there,
All special characters, like ccelilla (รง) or accent letters are showing
wrongly, as garbage.
The broken characters are also put inside the database.
Database can support UTF8, and I can get the proper characters if I modify them
directly with mysql client.
But every time PF overwrites it, the broken characters show again.
Looks like a charset problem, probably with perl.
Any idea how to fix? I'm using Debian 8.
