Actually, the upgrade guide mentions running the db/upgrade-6.0.0-6.1.0.sql
script.
But, unfortunately there’s an error in the script in 6.1.0.
That has been fixed in 6.1.1.
Just do a
# yum clean all --enablerepo=packetfence
# yum upgrade packetfence
and you will get the corrected version of the script.
