An update; I can see that the user is not being created in the "person" table
of mysql. Mysql is running fine though. Any idea why packetfence is not
inserting values into MySQL?

Emne: User not being created during registration
Hey guys,
I had an issue with people registering via the portal and using the sponsor
module, that the person was not created in packetfence, despite logs showing
that it was. So even after the sponsor approved the registration, the device
remained in unregistered state.
I restarted pf with pfcmd service pf restart and now persons are being created
again.
Does anyone know if this is a known bug?
I am using 6.5.1
This is an excerpt from the log - this person never made it into the database
for some reason:
