I solved,

you were right, the system was configured to receive updates from a spacewalk 
centralised server that contains epel repo. I've disabled it and now it works.

I tried with the skip-broken it seems working fine but no packages are 
installed. The problem is that I cannot downgrade the packages required. How 
can I solve the problem?
