Hello!
Looking through the PacketFence repository on GitHub, I stumbled upon a
feature that would be very useful to me -- and I'm sure to others as well!
The feature is a 'node history table' for PacketFence --
https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/issues/2654. It is currently
listed under 8.0 -- which has an unknown release date at this point -- so
it could be a while until we would see this feature.
I reached out to Inverse, Inc. and they said the feature could be sponsored
(i.e., paid for) in order for a quicker release. My organization has
sponsored development of PacketFence in the past (and I highly encourage
others to do so as well....), but this was a bit more than we are able to
spend right now. I'm reaching out to the mailing list to see if other
organizations would be willing to split the sponsorship for this feature.
If you're interested and want to know the details, please contact me off
list.
Thanks!
Max
