I don't understand how and where I have to configure mac auth and my list of
mac (or mac OUI).

Hello Luca,
when you do mac authentication, PacketFence will return access-accept but
depending of the status of the device it will return the registration vlan or a
prod vlan.
When it return the registration vlan then the device will hit the portal to
register.
