Hello Zachary,
it's probably a deauth issue, did you choose radius in deauth method (pf
side) and activated the CoA (rfc3576/rfc5176) on the AP ?
Also you will be able to see an error in the log when packetfence try to
reevaluate the access.

at the Packet Fence. When we hit the packet fence, I am able to get
authenticated, but it is not able to verify network access. I have
