Thanks for the reply.

Is there anything that I can do as an admin to test load?

For example, there have been times when my PF instance had an un-patched
bug.  The system ran fine for weeks under a light load, but under a heavy
load it struggled.  If I could have done some kind of load testing I could
have potentially solved the problem prior to students moving back.
