I wonder could you please assist with the following message I receive:

This appears when our reception user manually creates a user and when they
click on the button to "print" the user details.
Could you inform me which permission is required for this user to be able to
see the print user details page?
Currently our reception user is locked down to perform user creation only. They
have the following permissions:
Users-create
Users-create multiple
Users-Read
Users-Set Access Duration
Users-Set Role
Users-Set Unreg Date
