When i try to check my key from fingerbank in pf the log file always says this:

Can't connect to api.fingerbank.org:443 (fingerbank::API::test_key)
my first guess was the proxy but i have permission to reach the fingerbank
webiste :

so i can access and download this webiste, but i cant check my key.
can anyone help me with that issue ?
