Good morning, I just notices your message and I am betting that you will need to setup a SSL certificate for this secure server portal website. Do you have a signed (LetsEncrypt or similar) certificate for this site? If not you will need to get one. Then you will likely not get those errors and your portal will work for the duration of the certificate. For testing you could make a self signed certificate but most browsers will have a fit with those.
