If you want to use PacketFence PKI as your PKI. You said that you already
have one, so you don't need the integrated PKI.

No, you just need to create certificates for your packetfence server.
In the PF Documentation, it's descibed how to do that on a Microsoft CA.
You can skip the SCEP/NDES  part if you use other ways to deploy you client
certs.

Then copy the certificates in the specific folder on your PF Server =>
