@Nicolas : i have applied the maintenance patches and no more unresponsive button !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG thank you very much !! the other browsers are still not working (only firefox works) but this is a major step forward. i am going to go through with the configuration and let you guys know.
