Hi everyone, I am trying to configure the Fingerbank connection on our Packetfence Server (v. 8.3). API Key integration and Fingerbank database Update is done successfully. When I try to refresh the Profiling on my test device, I get the following failure message: "Error! Couldn't refresh device profiling through Fingerbank" When I try to register an device with the help of the Fingerbank database (with a advanced Fingerbank filter in the connection profile), it doesn't work as well. In the fingerbank.log the following lines were created (attachment!). Can anybody help me? Thank you very much! Best regards, Stefan
