what you can try is to configure a security event with a trigger based on fingerbank and it's suppose to do the lookup for each devices.

it’s not clear to us when Packetfence should trigger a fingerbank lookup for a device. It does generally work, but only if we trigger a manual “Refresh Fingerbank” in t the Web-Gui. In order to detect MAC address spoofing it’s required to happen automatically and ideally every time a device connects.
