Hello,
To use WMI service on your targeted computer, you need to have:
* WMI service running on your target computer
* an account allowed to run WMI commands on your targeted computer
* firewall rules that allow access to WMI service from your PacketFence
server
You can test your WMI commands with `wmic` tool on CLI.
