I'm not sure if I understand what you mean correctly, but the client got
ip address from my dhcp server (my router) just fine
To trigger a scan, you need to ensure that PacketFence knows IP address
of node. PacketFence can't guess IP address of your node if it doesn't
see DHCP exchanges between your router and the node.
