Did you check packetfence.log to see if you have some error messages ?
Most of the time, when you got this issue, it's because PacketFence is
not able to disconnect your node from the network.
With Unifi, you need to configure IP address of controller (and
credentials) to allow PacketFence to disconnect your computer from the
network.
