If I understand correctly, you want to get username and passwords
(unencrypted) for users in PacketFence DB ?
First you need to be sure PF store passwords in clear-text in DB. It's
an advanced configuration option.
Regarding issue in new admin, try to apply maintenance patches twice
with: /usr/local/pf/addons/pf-maint.pl and restart your PF services.
