I use ZEN PacketFence version 9.1.0
These are the errors I get:

error: Table 'pf.chi_cache' doesn’t exist
It looks like you have a missing table.
Without any context we can’t provide any answers.
Is it a fresh install or a migration ? Which PF version are you running ?
