Hello Joe, Are you using a Layer2 or Layer 3 registration VLAN ? Where is the client located ? Does the registration VLAN span until the client ?
If you are doing Layer2 registration VLAN , you don’t need the ip helper. If you are using a layer3 registration network, PacketFence needs to be aware of that remote network and also restart all the correct service. https://packetfence.org/doc/PacketFence_Installation_Guide.html#_routed_networks Are you receiving the radius request from the controller? How the client is placed into the registration vlan ?
