Should I create AD connection with new name since configuration files and 
chroot directory with old name already exists ?

Yes, try to remove the domain from the PF web admin and reboot.

We use mount point so don’t try to remove it using the CLI.

I have never seen that issue.

What’s the output for:

yum list installed samba
