Hi Nicolas,
Selecting the profile 'Wireless_MAC', opening the preview, clicking through to username/password and then entering the credentials for a user account that does not exist in Packet Fence works perfectly. I get the message that access was granted and the user account is created as expected. I deleted the 00:11:22:33:44:55 node, as well as the 'exam' test user and could successfully register via the portal when connecting via MAC based authentication via a mobile device as well. You can easily test using "Preview" on one of your connection profile from web admin: it will try to register a test device. Could you try to register on captive portal with an AD account which is **not** present in `person` table ? Then provide packetfence.log during registration process.
