Hello, If your device is shown as offline, it certainly mean an Accounting-Stop message has been send.
You can look in bandwidth_accounting table to see current state of records: #v+ SELECT * from bandwidth_accounting where mac='PUT_YOUR_MAC_HERE '\G; #v- Also look in bandwidth_accounting_history. Last seen field on node can also provide you some informations.
