Hi all, I see at https://www.packetfence.org/support.html#/commercial there are options for annual support at various levels - have anybody used that? What was your experience? What level did you choose? How complex was your architecture?
Let us all know your experience - I'm trying to decide what level of support to consider and gather testimonials to justify the expenditure to management. reply to the list or me personally as you wish.
