First of all, thanks for your feedback.

1. Regarding /oauth/access_token and /common/network-access-detection.gif, 
could you re-run the export script like this:
#v+
bash -x /usr/local/pf/addons/full-import/export.sh /tmp/export.tgz
#v-
and send **only** the output of "Computing additional files" section ?

2. Regarding AD rejoin, you are correct, I will add a note in documentation.

3. Regarding files under /usr/local/pf/conf/radiusd/*, they need to be migrated 
manually as mentioned in the documentation.

4. Regarding WMI scan filter, did you notice some issues if you keep settings 
in place ?
We didn't provide any upgrade script to remove deprecated WMI configuration or 
to ignore it. If it's a problem, we will see how we can handle that.

5. pf-maint.pl has been removed, now you can get direct updates using your 
package manager, see [2] and [3]. I will add a note in documentation too.

* Radius profiles (TLS, EAP, OCSP etc.) are not imported and need to be 
recreated
