Debian GNU/Linux 5 would be referencing the Linux kernel, which is at 5.10 in 
Debian 11. So, the guest OS is correct.

Hi,
I installed the ZEN on vSphere 6.0 U3 on Dell Poweredge T610.
But the guest OS supported in that is only up to Dedian GNU/Linux 5 in VMware 
Host Client and Max 9 in VMware vSphere client.
Can I continue with ESXi 6.0 U3?
My environment is described below..
Hardware:
Dell PowerEdge T610
CPU 8 CPUs x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5560 @ 2.80GHz
Memory 31.98 GB
VMware vSphere 6 Hypervisor - DellEMC Customized Image ESXi 6.0 Update 3 A15

VM Configuration
CPU 4 vCPUs
Memory 12 GB
Hard disk 1 97.66 GB
Network adapter 1 VM Network (Connected)

Installation:
Installed with the PF ZEN downloaded from the PF site. 
(https://www.packetfence.org/download.html#/zen)
After installation changed the guest OS as Debian GNU/ Linux 5. Not listed the 
Debian 11 in the guest OS list. .
Compatibility: ESX/ESXi 4.0 and later (VM version 7)
VMware Tools : Not istalled
CPUs: 4
Memory: 12 GB

TCP/IP configuration
TCP/IP stack defaultTcpipStack
IPv4 DHCP Disabled
