I think I'm on track to get things reset for the account, but I cannot get the QR code to display for enrollment. Anyone got ideas on that question?
Incidentally, I used SQL on the backend like this: update person set otp = NULL where pid = '<my id>'; to clear out the OTP information on my account. I'm not sure that's the correct way to do it, but it seems to have worked.
