Hi Anne, I know you posted your message a few weeks ago, but I haven't seen a reply to it yet, so I thought I would share what I learned.
I also ran into issues attempting to create a cluster using the ZEN edition of PacketFence. When I used the ISO instead, the deployment worked exactly as the guide described. Follow these steps to install from an ISO: https://pfcluster.emu.edu:1443/static/doc/PacketFence_Installation_Guide.html#_installing_packetfence_from_the_iso Download the ISO from here: https://www.packetfence.org/download.html#/releases Use the "Stable" production image.
