Indeed, thanks for the report.
For some weird reason, qt4's QSslSocket class looks for "libssl.so" at
runtime (trying to dlopen it). But the package libopenssl only contains
libssl.so.0.9.x, not libssl.so (which belongs into libopenssl-devel).

I've just pushed a new build of mumble that explicitly requires
libopenssl-devel. It's quite weird as a dependency but fixes the issue
as of now.
