Hello Detlef, sorry to bother you. I just wanted to let you know that the last Audacity version you posted on Packman seems to be missing some features on 10.3, such as the change tempo one. According to a message written at Audacity's forum, it's needed to "enable the soundtouch USE flag". Hope this comes in handy. Greetings,
