Something is fishy here. The gdk-pixbuf64.loaders file you've sent me includes GDK image loaders from /usr/lib64/gtk-2.0/2.20.0/loaders/ but openSUSE 11.0 ships with gtk2-2.12 and loaders in /usr/lib64/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/loaders/ (2.10.0 and not 2.20.0).
